I have had a pleasurable time so far enrolled in the FUBiS summer program with FU Berlin. A well organized program in which I feel supported by their team. My courses are quite in depth for just 1 term of instruction and I feel I am learning a lot. I really enjoy excursion days, through them I have gotten to know the city a lot more and spent quality time considering my class topics. They are always available to help which has been a positive experience for me!

The program I was enrolled in was unavailable to review on this platform, but I was more focused on learning amazonian arts from the Ecuadorian people. I learned a lot about how to derive materials from plants and the earth, including how to harvest and purify clay, how to make fibers from the pita leaf, and which plants or minerals could be used as natural pigments for dyeing or painting fabric, a painting surface, or skin. I also learned how to make many artesanias with the natural fibers, how to make glasses and bowls from various woods and fruits from the trees, and traditional pottery techniques. I also learned about the natural medicinal properties of many plants, and about more environmental topics. I painted a mural for my community's business and learned about the gastronomy of the area and how the farming influences it as well.

I think Fubis has been amazing. The whole university has made me feel a lot of things. Their teachers and professors are so nice and intelligent while the program is nuts. I do feel I have learned a lot from Fubis and from Berlin. I hope I could come back again in the future.

My time with beyond academy was amazing. I went to NYC for 6 weeks and honestly it was an adventure I will never forget. The community team was so helpful and the activities they planned were super fun. 100% worth it if you’re thinking of an internship abroad.

As a student at San Diego State University, I had an incredible experience with Absolute Internship. They placed me at a business law firm in Paris, where I got to do real substantive work, legal research, translation, contract analysis, and document drafting, rather than just fetching coffee. The program handled the logistics seamlessly, so I could focus on making the most of the experience. Living and working in Paris pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me a genuine sense of what it’s like to practice law internationally. I’d recommend Absolute Internship to any student looking to gain real professional experience abroad.

I had so much fun at Putney on my Greece and Italy trip. My leaders were well-educated and made the experience so much fun. The students that were with me were kind and inclusive and I came home with so many new friends. Overall, I loved my experience with Putney and am planning to come back next year.

This GLA program was such a life changing experience for me. During the trip I not only learned about different cultures, but I meet so many awesome new people. The other students I meet on this trip, I still talk to often. This trip allowed me to take into consideration what future careers I may be interested in. The staff were amazing and made the experience so much better. I would recommend this trip to everyone.

Spending time in Madrid as part of a marketing placement was one of the best experiences I've had. It gave me the opportunity to develop practical marketing skills in an international environment while learning from talented people with different perspectives. Every day brought new challenges that helped me grow both professionally and personally. Outside of work, Madrid was an amazing city to explore. From the food and culture to the lively atmosphere, there was always something new to experience. One of the biggest highlights was the friendships I made along the way. I met incredible people from around the world, and together we created memories that I'll always look back on fondly. This experience boosted my confidence, improved my communication skills, and gave me a greater appreciation for working in a multicultural environment. I would highly recommend an opportunity like this to anyone looking to gain valuable experience, meet amazing people, and enjoy life in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.

I've been studying Chinese with That's Mandarin now for 5 months and have enjoyed it. The teacher is good and it's easy to schedule online classes to fit my schedule. The online tool helps to review previous classes and topics.

I had an amazing time learning Chinese this school, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough—especially if you’re a beginner like I was. I started as an absolute beginner, and the combination of group classes and one on one lessons was perfect for me. The group classes were motivating and fun, and it was great to learn together with others. The 1 on 1 classes really helped me focus on my own pace and personal weaknesses. Looking back, I’d probably go for only 1 on 1 classes in the future, because I feel I’d benefit even more from that level of personal attention. I really like this school very much.
