Studying Mandarin can feel incredibly daunting, but my experience with the 1-on-1 program at That’s Mandarin completely transformed my learning journey. They are not only native speakers with a deep understanding of the language, but they are also incredibly patient, encouraging, and highly skilled at breaking down complex grammar structures into digestible concepts. They customized every single lesson to focus on real-world, practical conversations, which boosted my daily confidence immensely. One of the biggest highlights of the program is their innovative digital learning platform, NihaoCafe. It made tracking my progress, reviewing vocabulary, and accessing lesson notes incredibly convenient. Instead of carrying around heavy textbooks, I had all my personalized materials available right at my fingertips.

I came to this school to improve my Chinese, and I have learned so much more than just the language. We discussed many modern topics and social issues in China, which really broadened my perspective.
