Also the support staff are pleasant to deal with, respond quicly and communicate clearly. The course materials, books, website, and videos intigrate well and the classrooms are modern and comfortable. I started as a total beginner and I am slowly processing with the language, I had a mixture of group classes and 1to1 lessons. Teacher Jin puts a lot of work to prepare the lessons, answers questions thoughtfully, and I think really wants us to get better. I hope to continue my classes here.

From Beginner to Confident: A Wonderful Experience at That's Mandarin

My teacher, the other teachers and staff , and the friends I’ve met, all have contributed to helping me learn Chinese and for happy times here in Chengdu. Specifically regarding my teacher, she is patient and she shows an interest in my life and my hobbies, and then uses this to integrate into the lesson so that I enjoy it more. I started at Level 1 and feel that I progressed a lot with her guidance and support. The school itself is also very nice. It’s located in a trendy neighborhood in a nice building with cool common areas. I highly recommend that That’s Mandarin and I will be returning for level 2 and 3 and moving forward in my Chinese language journey.
