LTL Language School

I’ve been taking Mandarin classes for one month, and it has been a really great experience. Learning the language is challenging, but also very fun. Everyone here is very kind and always willing to help, which makes the classes even better. I’d also like to thank my teachers, Jamie and Winnie — they are excellent professionals, very patient, and amazing at what they do. I’m really enjoying this experience. Learning Mandarin here has been a fun, challenging experience and I’ve really enjoyed!!!

I did a one-month language program at this school, and I had a really great experience. I was a complete beginner in Mandarin, so it was definitely challenging at first, but also very rewarding. I had two amazing teachers, Jamie and Winnie, who helped me a lot throughout the program. They were very patient, kind, and fun, which made the classes enjoyable and comfortable, even when the content was difficult. I feel like I improved a lot in just one month. It was a challenging but very fun experience, and the school offers good support for students. Overall, I really recommend this program, especially for people starting from zero.

I signed up for LTL to learn mandarin as a complete beginner who knew maybe 1 or 2 phrases and that was it. I signed up for both 1:1 private class, and group class. Jamie is my teacher and I LOVE her! She speaks English and is able to teach with so much patience and knowledge. Everyday we review past topics before moving onto new ones so she makes sure I understand what is going on. Mandarin is a very challenging language but LTL makes it possible to learn. The program is also fairly social, so I came as a solo traveler and stayed with a host family and am able to explore around the city with other students I met through the program
