The course have many unit and nice engagement, with quiz in all unit and video lesson to listen and watch when I am bored of the reading. I sometimes need to take photo and translate word in text but usually I understand no problem. Staff is very very kind when I email with question so I am happy with quality and how much I pay

First of all, the learning text and videos clear and have a fairly engaging voice behind them. The AI videos were really useful to echo the reading. Every lesson felt professional and purposeful with all but a few including practice quiz sessions after the text (the feedback from these made up for getting no detailed feedback in the assessed quizzes. The 2 small errors I found were in videos - staff seemed interested in them when I mentioned it in email feedback. I'd happily pay more for this than what I did.

From start to finish this was a very professional course. I understood the intention of every lesson and I appreciated how everything was arranged in a predictable order. Everything was included just as it was in the free lesson and the certificate was promptly emailed to me well within the 24 hours that they specified. I deliberated for a moment whether 10 out of 10 is a broadcastable score for this course: on one hand, for what is provided for the price, it is conceivably a 10/10, but I think they'd need to invest more in their optics and practical landscape for me to realistically give a 10, but then it would involve them likely needing to charge more. As it is, I have no reservations at all in encouraging others to train in TEFL via this course, but you shouldn't expect an online platform that's on par with what you find on Udemy or similar.
