I am so thankful for my experience at Instituto Franklin-UAH. I graduated with a master's degree in ESL and Bilingual education in 2025. I would like to highlight a very special person, Iulia, who not only helped me succeed in the program as a young single mom, but who also helped me navigate some very difficult circumstances while far away from home. She did not hesitate to become an important part of our support system. I truly do not know where we would be today without her!

I wasn't sure about leaving Finland for a full degree in China, but GAC made the application process smooth. They helped me choose the right university, prepared my documents, and guided me through the visa process. Now I'm studying International Business at a top university in Beijing. Tuition is affordable, the campus is modern, and my classmates are from all over the world. The support didn't stop after enrollment – GAC checked in to make sure I settled in well. Having entered the art world with an undergraduate degree in economics and no background in art, MA Contemporary Art program provided me with an understanding of the fundamentals of art business. From understanding how social and political factors inform artists and art movements, to developing the skills necessary to engage with art in its variety of mediums, my studies have allowed me to speak intelligently about art, and most importantly, to learn how to respect what artists are trying to convey. This experience has taught me to look at art through a more informed lens.

I applied to Sotheby’s Institute of Art to learn more about the commercial art market and the business of art. I received a Master in Arts in Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute, and my courses included Art Law, International Art Markets, and Art Advisory and Collection Building. I also developed a Curatorial Thesis focused on Black Speculative Art theory, Afrosurrealism, and Afrofuturism. The MA Art Business program gave me a greater understanding of the different forces at play in the art market and how they work together for an artist and their career. It also made me more knowledgeable about the different art-related career opportunities available. Hearing from industry guest speakers, from Amy Cappellazzo to Jerry Saltz, exposed me and my fellow students to the different impacts professionals can make in the industry. It was empowering to be surrounded by professionals with various career experiences through our faculty, like Judith Prowda and Claude Grunitzky. We had a unique experience learning about art not only from a cultural and historical perspective, but also from a legal, financial, and market perspective.

I came to UNYP wondering if I would even make friends, but the community here exceeded all my expectations – by the first week I already had people I still hang out with regularly. Starting my 4th year in Communication & Media, I’m so glad I made the decision to move abroad and try studying somewhere completely different. The teachers and staff are incredibly supportive and approachable, treating you like an adult and encouraging open discussions where you can share your opinions, even if they differ from others. The courses are engaging and interactive, giving plenty of opportunities to develop practical skills. Beyond academics, there are numerous clubs, activities, and events that make campus life lively and fun.

Strolling through Rome, between history and gelato, sunsets by the Tiber, and beauty in the chaos is an unforgettable experience filled with art, food, and everyday warm experiences with Italians. I enjoyed it a lot

I had a fun rime here! I would totally do it again! Best thing i have ever done , it allows you to experience rome 360 degrees while also traveling. I would do it every year of my undergraduate and nothing else.

I loved it, I learned how to be independent, a new language, made new friends and basically just got to know myself at a deeper level. I found myself through the program and learned so much. My professors were great and I would 100% recommend.

I’ve met some cool people and I’ve had some lovely experiences. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Would 100% do it again. My favorite class was definitely introduction to video production. So. Much. Fun.

UNYP truly was the best choice I could have made for my studies. I never thought I could enjoy school so much, yet I walked in that building with a smile on my face each day. It was the professors, my classmates who became my closest friends, the environment, everything. UNYP was everything. I will always remember it as the happiest and best 4 years of my life.

I am really liking my experience at JCU because the international environment can open your mind and broaden your life experiences, plus the relationship with professors and staff members is really good and they’re usually really available to help you solve any problems you might have.

Living and studying in Rome has been the best experience of my life. I have met so many incredible people and am learning so much by living with individuals from all over the world and with completely different cultures than mine.
