Master of Arts in International Education Administration
Program Overview
Looking to step up from a teaching role? The American College of the Mediterranean offers the one-year, 38-credit Master of Arts in International Education Administration (MAIE). This practitioner-based graduate degree program is strategically designed to prepare students for leadership positions in the field of study abroad and the broader industry of higher education.
It consists of the following:
- One semester at ACM’s campus in Aix-en-Provence, France
- One semester at ACM’s center in Barcelona, Spain
- A traveling seminar throughout Morocco during the J-Term
- A professional practicum at an IAU undergraduate program in France, Spain, Morocco, or Italy during the summer term
Admission to the MAIE requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent (120 credits of academic credit). We recommend that applicants have international experience and have completed at least one year of either college-level French or Spanish before admission.
