Join GoEco and experience Cambodian culture by volunteering for children in the local community of Samraong. Become involved in various activities and get to spend an eco-trip after your placement. Your main role is to help boost the educational experience of underprivileged children, both inside and outside the classroom. Teach them english and assist in construction projects. A day’s work typically ends at around 5:00 pm, during which you can have dinner and then relax or hang out with fellow volunteers. This program is open to volunteers who have: - Minimum age of 18 - Good level of English - Motivation to work with children and meet new cultures - Full travel and medical insurance - Immunizations (please consult your doctor)

Travel to Southeast Asia and truly experience the unique culture of Cambodia on our Short-Term Community Development Internship. During your program, get involved in projects with activities like teaching English, running women’s empowerment workshops, or assisting with construction. Join Globalteer as we provide support to numerous charitable projects around the world. While doing so, you'll develop valuable life and workplace skills under the guidance of our experienced international team. We have a community development project in rural Cambodia where circular economy initiatives support a free education center for impoverished youth. We offer free classes to the community, as well as help them gain access to higher education and resources. Our school is supported by the production of recycled products & bamboo straws, an organic skincare line developed from our permaculture farm, and wellness retreats. We seek volunteers and interns to help us develop our educational curriculum for students, assist teachers, work on our organic farm, develop strategies for selling our programs, create sustainable systems in our eco-pool and eco-building projects, and work on sustainable leadership with our Environmental Initiatives Level Four class. There are many aspects of our program where we could use more hands. We like to develop a personalized mission for all volunteers and interns to maximize impact and create a clear mission that utilizes individuals' skills.

Asia-Pacific Academic (APA) offers both offline and online internships in the Asia-Pacific, welcoming students across the world to step out of the classroom and apply acquired knowledge to real work experiences in a multicultural environment. APA believes that internships are a great way for college students to obtain valuable work experience, which cannot be obtained in a classroom setting, as well as acquaint themselves with the field they are interested in. APA is an organization that has 13 years of experience in the education abroad field. Our team has successfully hosted over 6,000 students and faculty for different types of programs.
