We are based in Kampot and focus on monitoring (land and boat surveys) marine wildlife species, specifically Irrawaddy dolphins, Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins, Indo-Pacific finless porpoises, dugongs. Program Highlights
Field surveys: conducted from land and boat with a focus on marine mammal behavior
Specialized training and experiences based on goals and interests: photo-identification, stranding, grant writing, etc.
Cultural exposure: language lessons and close contact with local community through outreach events at local schools and routine training sessions
Scientific training: collecting specialized data to contribute to a larger data base
Personalized experience: share a house and work environment with other interns from around the world, and work on tasks that cater to your strengths and skills you'd like to grow
