I am so thankful for my experience at Instituto Franklin-UAH. I graduated with a master's degree in ESL and Bilingual education in 2025. I would like to highlight a very special person, Iulia, who not only helped me succeed in the program as a young single mom, but who also helped me navigate some very difficult circumstances while far away from home. She did not hesitate to become an important part of our support system. I truly do not know where we would be today without her!

My experience abroad was an eye-opening journey that deeply shaped my approach to teaching. I had the opportunity to observe and participate in classrooms with diverse cultural and educational practices. This allowed me to understand different learning styles, teaching methods, and the importance of adapting lessons to meet students’ individual needs. Beyond academics, I learned how education can bridge cultures and build mutual respect. Living and studying in a new environment helped me grow both personally and professionally, improving my communication skills, cultural awareness, and confidence as a future educator. I’m excited to bring these experiences into my own classroom and inspire students to think globally.

During the course it caused me to do have a clearer understanding of how the school is to be managed. Part of the management is discipline in the workplace and critical evaluation of issues faced in the school. Additionally, there needs to be a comprehensive view of curriculum and instruction, handling of crisis , evaluating teachers and teaching ,and lastly , the technical aspects of management. The course Masters of Art in Education and Administration has been one that has caused me to reflect on best practices and come up with solutions to improve on areas that are lacking.

I had a wonderful experience being education with the ACT. My level of knowledge in certain aspects increased and I also gained some new knowledge about others. I am now better equipped to deal with certain situations both in my teaching environment and surroundings. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to learn with you.

My experience during this course was very interesting. At first, I was very scared because I didn't think I had what it took to success in this course but after registering and paying, I decided to give it my best shot. I took each course one day at a time. The content was relevant, easy to understand and challenging enough to make you stop, think and analyze the information. After the completing the first course I begin to really study the information, even if it meant reviewing it all week and doing a bit of research. The online webinars were very helpful, and the lecturers delivered good quality content while engaging the participants.

I applied for Doctorate program in leadership/learning development The pre admission support was very nice, to the point, and quick. The course was online and hence easier to complete while managing full-time work and personal commitments. I liked that the course had MCQs as well as long answer assignments which gave us the opportunity to showcase our understanding.

Review of Online Master's Degree I recently completed an online master's degree from E.I.U favilitated by ACT, and I highly recommend the program to anyone considering an online education. The program was self-paced, which allowed me to work around my busy schedule and complete my courses at my own pace. The student portal was also very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the resources I needed.
