My experience with Maximo Nivel in the TEFL Certification Program was amazing. My instructor was so energetic, knowledgeable and caring, it made the whole course very doable. I would suggest this course to anyone thinking about teaching English as a foreign language, if you’re on the fence this will help get you into teaching!
Life changing experience

My son participated in this progam in 2026 and had an amazing experience in France. He lived with a volunteer host family and i think that makes the difference. More and more families are paid but with Oui-COnnect they find only volunteers that open their hearts and homes . They Actually care!

Internship in Spain
October 07, 2026Alessandro Estevez - HondurasProvider: Asia Internship Program
I had a great experience with the program. From the beginning, they were always attentive and available whenever I had any questions or problems. My advisor, Nisha, was especially helpful and always made sure I had the information and support I needed throughout the process. Overall, the program was well organized and I felt supported throughout my experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an internship abroad.

Between autumn leaves and bustling city lights
October 07, 2026Elizabeth Glen - United KingdomProvider: Meiji Academy
Two weeks passed by like a mild Autumn breeze. It was more or less a spontaneous decision for me to pack my luggage and embark on this adventure. But the school made it very comfortable and accommodating for me to settle down in my new home Osaka. My apartment was very nice and centrally located. I loved the proximity to Osaka castle and also Umeda was within walking distance. The school is literally in the heart of Osaka downtown and the surrounding venues didn't disappoint for cute souvenir shopping and simply relaxing at nice cafes around Nanba and Amemura. My classes were indeed intense but I learned so much in my short time I was there and left with a big smile and love for my newly discovered place Kansai. I wish all the staff well and hope our ways cross again soon. Much love from your passionate Elizabeth:)
Amazing time in Tanzania!!
October 07, 2026Ogy Simeonov - BulgariaProvider: SIT Study Abroad
I completed the Wildlife Conservation Programme in Tanzania in 2021 and it was honestly an amazing experience that I still remember to this day. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I learned so much about wildlife and conservation during the programme. The classes in nature were amazing and it was great to be able to learn about wildlife while actually being surrounded by it. The weather was great, the people were lovely, and there was always something new to learn and experience. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I’m really glad I had the opportunity to take part. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves wildlife, nature and travelling.

A Great Foundation for Teaching English Abroad

Program: Online Level 5 TEFL Course
As a partner of The TEFL Academy, we’ve had the opportunity to welcome teachers who completed their TEFL training with them, and we’ve been very impressed with the preparation they receive. The course provides teachers with a solid foundation in both teaching knowledge and practical classroom skills, giving them the confidence to step into real teaching environments. Our teachers have come to us well-equipped with useful techniques for lesson planning, classroom management, engaging students, and adapting their teaching to different learners and levels. From our experience, The TEFL Academy does a great job of preparing teachers for the realities of teaching English, and we’re happy to recommend the course to anyone looking to start or develop their teaching journey.
A Meaningful and Memorable Internship Experience in Arusha
October 07, 2026Sree Valli Marisetti - IndiaProvider: Medi Trip
Program: Hospital Assistants/Allied Health Volunteering in Tanzania
My experience with Medi Trip in Arusha, Tanzania, was truly one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences of my personal and professional journey. From the beginning, Pearl was incredibly welcoming and genuinely committed to making my internship experience meaningful. Her warmth, guidance, and encouragement helped me adapt to a new country, culture, and community and made my time in Arusha particularly special. During my internship, I had the opportunity to contribute to nutrition and health education and engage with the local community. The experience gave me a much deeper understanding of how culture, resources, education, and everyday circumstances influence nutrition and health. It also strengthened my interest in public health nutrition and reinforced the importance of culturally appropriate health and nutrition education in improving the well-being of children and families. What made Medi Trip particularly special was that the experience went far beyond an internship. I was able to learn from the community, build meaningful relationships, and grow both personally and professionally. The memories and lessons I gained in Tanzania have stayed with me and continue to influence my work and interests in public health and nutrition. I am especially grateful to Pearl for her kindness and encouragement. She genuinely cares about the interns and the communities Medi Trip works with, and her personal commitment makes the experience truly meaningful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Medi Trip to anyone looking for an international internship where they can contribute, learn, develop professionally, and build a genuine connection with the local community. Thank you, Pearl and Medi Trip, for giving me an experience in Arusha that I will always cherish.
Our daughter had a beautiful experience!
October 07, 2026Adam Amante - United StatesProvider: Seville Abroad
Our daughter had a beautiful experience, increased her Spanish proficiency a lot, and enjoyed the travel set up. Additional gems were the beloved team at Seville Abroad--Pepa, Ena, Chelo, and Ana, and her incredible host family. It was a transition for her to make from being an American to being an American in a Spanish High School. Her relationships in the High School did not really happen. Among the students in the Seville Abroad, connections and fun did happen. And with the real life, amazing host family. I did see a divide in attention between friends at the Seville Center and outside of the center. With the center being a comfort zone, that helped her adapt and slowed assimilation into Spanish culture. This is something that happens with many high school study programs. The trips, the outings, the dance, and Pepa, Ena, Chelo, and Ana, and her host family were standouts. If you can not tell, we enthusiastically recommend Seville Abroad for the High School Program!

The best month ever!
October 07, 2026Elmar Limas - United StatesProvider: AIFS Abroad
I chose AIFS Abroad because of the variety of programs that they offer. I went to Paris, France for a January term to take an Accounting class at the American Business College. The AIFS staff was super helpful with me. Even before departure, they were there for me helping me with my housing options and to coordinate my flights, during my program they invited us to different excursions and to the AIFS office in Paris to know the staff and after the program they were very interested in our feedback and reviews. During my program I stayed with a host family and it was such an amazing thing because i got to experience French culture first-hand while also sharing a little bit about my own culture. The American Business College is a place where students from different cultures and backgrounds share one same perspective on global business with an American point of view, which made everything easier for me. This program had a great impact in my life because it made me get out of my comfort zone and get to know so many people while earning credit towards my degree. I'd recommend AIFS Abroad to anyone looking to study abroad or intern while getting credits towards their degree. AIFS is very helpful, has so many programs available and a staff who is always willing to make the best for you.

The course was really interesting and I learnt a lot, a lot of it were things I have never learnt before. It just sometimes challenging trying to submit things. But in general the portal was user friendly and they got back to you quickly.
Thanks for the feedback, Keara.

Fun Japanese Studies in Osaka Megacity
October 06, 2026Johannes Wächter - AustriaProvider: Meiji Academy
So glad I didn't listen to my friends and went to Tokyo for studies. Osaka was such a blast and the school assisted me with everything. My sharehouse was super close located and the access to restaurants and other supermarkets was very convenient. However, I did hear from other students they stayed a bit further away about 20 mins by subway as the sharehouses seem to get filled up quick! The classes were sometimes intense but very interactive with a lot of speaking practices. Especially the events and excursion trips to Osaka castle and nearby shrines were a lot of fun. I just stayed two weeks but had a great time. Thanks for all the efforts and greetings from Linz :)

I’m glad I chose this course. The 120 hour TESOL was very informative and had lots of practical application opportunities. Though I payed very little I got a tremendous amount from it. The later units took everything even deeper. The certs are pretty.

My time with Meiji was unforgettable and I did make a lot of friends. I loved the cultural activities and socialgatherings we had on weekends. I recommend taking the traditional culture and Japanese conversation module. Especially our excursion to a Katana performance and Karate practice was so much fun. I hope to be back soon ♡

Nebrija was a great university with the best professors. I'm so grateful for this experience and for WorldStrides help along the way!
A Semester That Pushed Me Out of My Comfort Zone
October 06, 2026Isabella Lagarde - United StatesProvider: CEA
Studying abroad in Florence gave me the opportunity to experience everyday life in a completely different environment instead of just visiting as a tourist. One of my favorite parts was how much I learned simply by walking around the city, traveling to new places, and experiencing different cultures firsthand. I became much more independent and comfortable figuring things out on my own, especially when it came to traveling and adapting to situations that didn't always go as planned. I also met people I probably would have never crossed paths with otherwise and made so many memories with them. CEA CAPA gave me the opportunity to have a semester that felt completely different from my normal college experience, and I came home feeling more confident, independent, and open to trying new things.
Great Experience, You Should Have it, Too!

Program: Teaching Internship (with TEFL Certificate) in Asia & Europe
Teaching in Thailand for 2 weeks was awesome. It's the perfect blend of travel and tourism. You have the opportunity to see the country's more well-known destinations, but also it's far out areas where tourists don't normally travel. The teaching, as well, is so fun, it's such a unique way to interact and learn about another culture all whilst they are learning from you! Honestly can't think of any cons besides the 25 hours it takes to get to Thailand--but there's no way to end up in Thailand and have the experience without this so you just gotta stiff up a lip.
Very fun experience

Thanks for the feedback, Christian. It is great to hear you had fun completing your course.
