Great first experience
July 01, 2026by: Noemi Sarkozi - HungaryGreat experience completing the 10-hour Virtual TEFL course. The tutor, Michelle Benson, absolutely made the course. She has such positive energy, is incredibly encouraging, and explains everything very clearly. The lessons are well structured and especially helpful for people who have never taught before. One thing worth noting is that the "10-hour" course actually consists of 7 hours of live teaching (2 × 3.5-hour sessions). The remaining 3 hours are allocated to preparing and completing the homework. My advice would be to leave at least a day's gap between the sessions if possible. For people who work full-time, it can be quite difficult to find enough time to prepare properly for the following day's lesson.
