Currently pursuing a Diploma in Culinary Arts from COTHM, I am passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences through innovative techniques and high-quality ingredients. My education has equipped me with a strong foundation in kitchen operations, food safety, and global cuisine. Eager to apply my skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment, I am seeking an internship where I can further develop my culinary expertise and contribute to a talented team.

My IGS mentor encouraged my on-the-ground participation on more complex tasks like events planning. We coordinated for a staff party and I was so amazed how I could be so creative and efficient! My fellow interns are so imaginative and resourceful too. Aside from their staff party, we were also involved in their staff seminars and meetings; and it made us feel a sense of belongingness.
