Coming in with zero knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics, I have gained valuable hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of how warehousing functions. I have learned key skills such as inward and outward goods processing, inventory management, and using warehouse management systems. Additionally, I have developed problem-solving skills, improved my attention to detail, and enhanced my ability to collaborate with different teams. This experience has given me greater confidence in applying my knowledge to real-world logistics challenges. My experience with the agency has been very positive, especially with Theresa, who handled my case with great professionalism and support.
