Truly a once-in-a- lifetime opportunity to study abroad in both Southern Patagonia and Antarctica. When else will you be able to travel to Antarctica through the lens of being an exchange student? You truly are integrated into the Spanish-speaking community in Ushuaia with both your host families and your program cohort, and your Spanish-speaking ability increases tenfold. The program director, Maria, is very supportive and wants all of her students to succeed, and will support you through any hardships you may face. The only downside was pre-program departure- the steps are very unclear regarding the need for a Visa, and getting on my flight, I had to purchase another flight outside of the program, leaving Argentina in 90 days (just to prove that I wouldn't overstay the tourist period, not that I would actually be taking this flight to leave the country), which the program said should not be necessary but then I still had to do. I then had trouble getting the ticket refunded, but SIT ended up covering the cost of this extra flight for the headache of it all. Also, homestay families are not created equal- some are definitely more accommodating than others, but Maria and the program staff are all there to help you through any obstacles, and if there is a problem, they are more than willing to step in to resolve it. Overall, even despite the few hiccups, this program is an experience that I will never forget and am so lucky to have had. The nature and hiking around Ushuaia are unmatched, the community is very welcoming, and the educational resources/research in the area are exceptional.

Great experience but not because of AFS. Communication was terrible throughout the entire process. Completely disorganized- I arrived a week AFTER school had started. Significant program fee for zero support from the company. I would strongly recommend the experience, but don't use AFS.

I studied Mandarin at BLCU in Beijing for 4 months, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. My homestay family was so kind — they spoke only Chinese, so I had to practice every single day. My teacher was patient and always encouraged me to speak more. By the end of the program, I could comfortably order food, take the subway, and even have simple conversations with locals. The GAC team organized a weekend trip to the Great Wall and a traditional Chinese painting class. I left Beijing with real language skills and friends from all over the world. Highly recommend!

Living in Prague for 2 months during the summer of 2026 was an unforgettable and life changing experience. I was given the opportunity to live in a major European city, housed in an apartment building alongside locals just minutes outside of the city center. I took two courses through CEA Education Abroad, one technical and one humanities course, both counting towards my chemical engineering major at the University of Michigan. Not only was I able to see the most impeccable works of art, architecture, and music I have ever encountered, I was able to do so with new friends that I made, and I am confident that those friendships will last a lifetime. I was also able to explore 9 additional countries thanks to CEA CAPA's travel-friendly schedule, and those travels made a huge positive impact on my view of the world. I gained a global perspective that I could only have learned through first-hand experience, and I made memories that will be with me forever.

It was so impactful, I made memories of a lifetime and learned so much about coming out of my comfort zone, protecting the turtles and the environment and the beautiful culture. I’d love to do this again ❤️❤️

I lived in the community Nueve de Junio, Sacha Waysa, for one month. It was such an amazing experience, I got to really connect with the people in my community, learn a lot from their experiences, travel around Napo and meet others, and make a lasting connection with everyone I met. I hope to go back at least one more time in the next year (maybe during the fruit season) because of how close I got with my host family. I learned a lot about the land and Ecuador in general which was great, and Im glad Im still in contact with my hosts because I miss them already.

This program was amazing! Northern France is so rich in culture and there are so many interesting place to explore. Housing, food, staff... everything was spectacular! I highly recommend this program.

The course was really interesting and allowed me to go deeper into the language that I might have forgotten or helped understand it better. I had better better insight on how to teach the language to others.

The tutor kept sending feedbacks and me to rewriting my answers . He also asked me different questions from the ones that are on the system . They did all these to ensure that I wasn't using AI for my answers and I understood the questions very well.initally, I wasn't happy with the back and forth;but later, I realised that the back and forth process made me to understand the course very well more than I was studying

I have been with meditrip to Tanzania now twice and both of the times have been amazing! I had a good time talking to Pearl for the preparations and expectations. Pearl also was a great help with discussing a topic I could use to write my thesis. When I arrived the second time it really felt like coming home. I love the home feeling in the hostel. I also met the most amazing people in the hostel who are now some of my closes friends. In the hospital I had great guidance in Kaloleni Hospital. Overall I had the most amazing experience and I can't wait to go back!!

I'll leave a review to happily broadcast the high quality of your staff and teachers. The practicals course was the one I opted for and I found it highly rewarding. Tutors responded with relevant feedback, the tasks got me thinking about how to prep for lessons. The course even without the assignments was full from feedback. Thank you

Our Toubkal and Sahara Desert adventure was an incredible experience from beginning to end. Everything was well organized, from our airport pickup to our final airport drop-off, and we had the opportunity to experience some of the most beautiful landscapes and adventures in Morocco. One of the highlights was climbing Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa at 4,167 meters. The trek was challenging but absolutely worth it. Lahsen, our Toubkal guide, was excellent. He was professional, patient, encouraging, and very knowledgeable about the mountains and Amazigh culture. He made us feel safe throughout the trek and helped us reach the summit at 4,167 meters. The views from the top were breathtaking, and we took some amazing photos that will always remind us of this adventure. The landscapes along the way were also spectacular, with beautiful mountain valleys, villages, and panoramic views. After Toubkal, we continued our journey from Marrakech toward the Sahara Desert with Fowi, who was our guide throughout this part of the trip. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to explain the places, landscapes, and local culture we discovered along the way. He made the long journey enjoyable and helped us get the most out of every stop. We also really enjoyed our stay in Tinghir. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a great place to relax after a long day of traveling. Staying in Tinghir was a wonderful part of the journey because of the beautiful oasis, mountains, and nearby Todra Gorge. The area is well known for its spectacular landscapes and traditional Amazigh culture. Salah, our driver, was also excellent throughout the journey. He was professional, careful, friendly, and made us feel comfortable during all the long drives. We always felt safe with him, and he helped make the road journey itself part of the experience. A special thank you goes to Meriam, who organized and coordinated the entire tour from beginning to end. She was responsible for making sure everything was properly arranged, including the airport pickup, accommodation, Toubkal experience, transportation, desert activities, ATV experience, and final airport drop-off. She was very responsive and made the whole trip feel smooth and stress-free. The Sahara Desert was the perfect way to finish our adventure. Arriving in Merzouga, seeing the golden dunes, enjoying the desert atmosphere, and experiencing the ATV activity were unforgettable moments. We had plenty of opportunities to take incredible photos and enjoy the beauty of the desert. From reaching 4,167 meters on Mount Toubkal to exploring the valleys around Tinghir and finally experiencing the Sahara dunes, this trip gave us an amazing combination of mountains, culture, nature, adventure, and relaxation. A huge thank you to Meriam for organizing everything, Lahsen for the unforgettable Toubkal trek, Fowi for guiding us from Marrakech to the Sahara, and Salah for making every journey comfortable and safe. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover the adventurous and beautiful side of Morocco.

I was skeptical to try this course as I saw some that were slightly cheaper. This course is 100% worth spending a little extra money! The support from my instructor Sean during and after I completed the course has been invaluable. I received my certificate one week ago and I am already interviewing at ESL schools thanks to his helo during the course and afterwards. Recommend to anyone who is considering an online TEFL course!

I came to the Excellence Center as a volunteer Photographer and was amazed to see how an establishment that started from humble beginnings has become a safe space for refugees with community and compassion at the forefront of its daily operations. You can learn either Arabic, English or German here without feeling embarrassed about any language barriers. The center provides weekly community activities in which you get to experience cultures and customs and in the end you most likely make a new friend. The staff here is amazing, very friendly, inviting, supportive and best of all, flexible! I studied Beginner Arabic here and loved the fact that the classes ranged from single to small group settings only, make the learning curve feel easier to overcome. There were opportunities to visit other German towns with a teacher as a tour guide and those were very fun and exciting to be able to join. I definitely recommend this center for anyone wanting to learn either of the languages mentioned above. The teachers here are excellent and provided so many immersion opportunities!!!

The choice I ever made, to learn more about diversity communities and able to learn other cultures by utilizing my skills and knowledge by teaching English. Best decision I ever made and thank you TELF ACADEMY

Thank you guys for everything. I completed the A1 course for a week, which gave me enough time to understand the basics. Everyone here is very helpful and there are many people from around the world, who will be very helpful. They will not only teach you the language but also help you to understand the culture better as well as the meaning behind the words. All in all a great course.

My experience volunteering in Tanzania with IVHQ has been absolutely incredible and has exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the very beginning, everything was very well organized, which made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. The staff were always available to help, answer our questions, and make sure that we felt comfortable and supported throughout our stay. Their organization and dedication made a big difference and allowed us to focus on the most important part of the experience: helping and connecting with the local community. One of the things I enjoyed the most was meeting so many amazing people. Everyone we met was incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly, and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Being able to interact with local people and learn about their culture, traditions, and daily lives was one of the most valuable parts of the trip. It was a great opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone, experience a completely different environment, and see things from a new perspective. During our volunteering experience, we were able to do a lot of meaningful work. It was very rewarding to see that our time, effort, and energy could contribute in a positive way. Even though some tasks were challenging, they were always worthwhile because we could see the importance of what we were doing. Working together with other volunteers also made the experience even better. We supported each other, shared responsibilities, and created great memories along the way. Another aspect that made this experience so special was the feeling of being part of something bigger than ourselves. Volunteering gave me the opportunity not only to help others but also to learn from them. I realized that even small actions can make a difference, and that sometimes the most important thing we can offer is our time, enthusiasm, and willingness to help. The experience also taught me to appreciate things that I sometimes take for granted in everyday life. Overall, my time volunteering in Tanzania with IVHQ has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. I am very grateful for the opportunity to meet incredible people, experience a new culture, and take part in work that felt meaningful and impactful. I have learned a lot, grown as a person, and created memories that I will never forget.
