Online Level 5 TEFL Course

The TEFL Academy level 5 course was challenging and comprehensive, leaving me with a firm foundation in the approaches to teaching English as a foreign language. Assignment marking and feedback was quick and helpful, as were the staff who answered the few questions I had. I would recommend this course to aspiring TEFL teachers, just be prepared to with hard!

I really liked the layout of the class and the help I got when I couldn't understand something. It was a great introduction to teaching English. I hope in the coming weeks to take the teaching online class and also the teaching kid's class. I expect to start my job search in the new year.

I decided to move to Europe, and I thought it might be useful to have a TEFL course as a possible way to make money but I didn't have time for a classroom course. This well-designed course fit my needs. There are lots of videos but you they all come with a transcript so you can easily review what was said. In fact, you don't need to watch the videos at all - you can just read the text. I thought the quizzes were more comprehension-based than fact-based. The assignements come with a template that lays out exaclty what you need to do. There was a lot of useful material, and I learned quite a bit. There's a section about learning the "phoenetic alphabet" that seemed ludicrous to me (I've taken several langauge classes as a student and nobody has every used this and for good reason) but it's just one section. The rest of the class was great and I highly reccomend it.

This class had excellent content. I learned a lot at my own pace and it was convenient. The units are well organized and almost everything seemed relevant (I'm not so sure about the phoenetic alpabet). But everything else was informative. Highly recommended!

To be honest, this was the official touch my career needed in order to become a better teacher. I was taught different skills that I didn’t have before completing the course. Most teachers lack of structure but are full of creativity and this course manages to mix both aspects. Thank you very much!

This course was very challenging, however the TEFL Academy ensured my success. Through their detailed coursework, excellent tutors by far it is the best TEFL program. Now I am equipped and ready to explore the world. Teaching and developing young minds is my passion, and this course has now opened the door for me to make this journey. A few shirts weeks afte tefel I begun to teach online abroad all the lessons that I learned to relevant to what we teach online and the assignments for relevant to things that we actually have to do as EFL tutors online all the lessons and TEFL with fun interactive relevant and easy to understand. Furthermore or the TEFL tutors were also easy to converse with and very helpful assignment feedback was thorough detailed and show those exactly where to go if we were wrong or we failed the assignments steps with given how to fix it instead of letting us figured out ourselves so good response time is amazing and all of the devil quizzes and little active activities during the course made it it's so incredible and fun. I will be the first two admit that when I was told to study TEFL I was incredibly afraid because I didn't know if I could do another qualification I just come out of a four-year degree I was overwhelmed and scared but I chose the title Academy and I am so grateful that I chose the different kind of need to do whatever through fast easy convenience and most incredibly helpful I didn't struggle at all with any of the content but I felt supported to throughout the process.

The course is truly useful and incredibly clear. The tutors and staff at the Tefl academy are also always so helpful and available. I think sometimes this can be overlooked but I must say, they were an integral part of my course

I was able to complete the course much within the required time allocated of six months. The resources were clear and I liked that there were examples of classes to demonstrate how to do the work with a class. The lesson template and online resources were really helpful. I was able to complete the quizzes by going through the course material. I felt the course was good value and feedback was prompt and clear. I managed to complete most of the assessments without needing to resubmit and it was helpful to have online videos explaining what I needed to do. I was very much satisfied with the course.

I did the level 5 course and the tutor support was the best ive ever experienced and ive done many courses. The course guides you to then support you in your assignments and yes its tough but you learn so much. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend this to anyone.

I really enjoyed the course. The content was extremely in-depth and I would recommend this course to new teachers. It gives great opportunities and the tutors were very responsive to my needs during the course.

I enjoyed the coursework. I felt it was well worth my time. I did see a lot of editing mistakes in the material, which I think needs to be addressed as this is a course for teaching English. There also wasn’t any real guidance on job seeking. I feel like I have been thrown to the wolves, so to speak.

I took the Level 5 TEFL course in advance of travel plans so that I could get acclimated to teaching English as a 2nd language first. I completed the course in 2 months and found it to be enlightening and well organized. The reference material is generous and I look forward to applying what I learned soon.
