They’re reputable and fully credited - my certificate with them has been recognised and accepted when applying for jobs. The course is proper and legit - you have to put time and effort into it, but you learn a lot in return. I also signed up for an in-person 10-hour day of teaching practice - highly recommend!! My tutor’s name was Gina. She was great. If you’re looking to do a TEFL - especially if you’re a graduate uncertain about the job market and just want to start somewhere doing something fun - I urge you to try the TEFL Academy. I’ve not regretted it for a second.
