Traveling alone was very scary, however, the team at Absolute Internship supported me through the entire process and made my London internship experience one that I wish I could re-live over and over.

At the first day of my internship programme there was a orientation programme for 3 days. they told us about the property how they runs & which department is situated where in the hotel. I have completed my internship programme from JW Marriott. I enjoyed & learned various skills such as multitasking, Communicating, learning to deal with diversity & dealing with deadlines are diffrent when you are working for others. The internship helps me to enhance my skills in kithchen.

For students who are looking for the perfect abroad experience, I would highly recommend Beyond Academy. From applying to interviewing to my start day, Beyond Academy was extremely professional, efficient, and helpful. Beyond clearly cares about their student's experience, and I am no exception. My internship experience with Beyond Academy was incredibly valuable, both professionally and personally. I had such a great summer with the Beyond Academy programme! From the very first application to them, they were always there to guide me and give me advice. I got some great feedback and help with my CV and some really good interview practice. The internship I ended up doing was a marketing internship with a theatre in Islington. It was so much fun! I learned so many skills, and gained a lot of useful experience. Especially where PR is considered! I'm already in talks for a graduate job directly because of this experience! The London coordinators were such great people and super helpful! They were also a lot of fun at the Beyond events I attended (of which there were a lot, and often were covered as part of the programme)! Overall, I highly recommend using Beyond as it is such a stress-free way to complete an internship, experience the culture of another city, and really stands out on a resume!

A program like this feels like its too good to be true. Especially when you consider I found them on Instagram. Regardless, it was one of the BEST experiences OF MY LIFE!!! The Beyond Academy staff was so beyond helpful with finding me a placement, getting me a visa, etc. Once I was in London (my placement location), the community team was there supporting me before I even set my bags down. Litterally, I had to call them to get my accommodation keys and they helped solve the issue in minutes! I could not have asked for a better experience with a better program!

This internship was one of the greatest decisions of my life. Getting to meet all of these amazing people from all over the world and work closely with another culture for a few weeks was super enlightening and is an experience I wouldn’t trade for the world. The coordinators were super kind and helpful, allowing me to enjoy my trip and get the most out of my internship.

I chose AIFS Abroad because of their strong reputation for international internships and the level of support they provide throughout the experience. They successfully helped me find a placement aligned with my career goals. I joined the London Internship Program in Spring 2025, drawn to the city’s vibrant culture, global connections, and professional opportunities in the theatre community. From start to finish, the AIFS team was incredibly supportive—answering questions before departure, guiding us during orientation, and checking in regularly while we were abroad. The housing was safe and well-located, and I loved the group excursions to Stonehenge and the Cotswolds, which helped me to make friends with other study abroad students/interns in my program. My internship at a local theatre gave me real-world experience, improved my communication skills, and boosted my confidence in navigating a professional environment abroad. There was equal opportunity to enjoy the city to the fullest, spend time with friends and travel while also balancing the work experience my internship provided me. I’d recommend AIFS Abroad to anyone looking for a well-rounded, supportive, and life-changing internship experience!

Absolute was present not only in finding us an internship but they also made sure we had activities planned for the weekends, including visiting other cities and different places in London. Overall would recommend for anyone who wants to not only gain professional experience but also for someone who wants to learn about different cultures and different countries.

If you are looking for an experience to immerse yourself in another culture while being in the workforce, this is the thing to do. London has amazing food and the people are extremely nice. Also, you will make a lot of friends.

I fell in love with London thanks to Absolute Internships. Not only did my placement manager, Tilly, find the perfect internship for me, but my onsite coordinators, Emma and Courtney, provided me with all the resources and support to take on London with peace of mind. Sure, I could have found an internship, housing, and figured out the visa process all by myself, but I would have been far too stressed, and the experience would have been tainted. Absolute ensures you get the most out of your time by helping you navigate your transition and the city, which is invaluable. Needless to say, I will be singing this company's praises for years to come!

This was a great experience because I learned a lot of new skills in branding and marketing. This internship helped me grow professionally and gave me real insight into how branding works in the media industry. This internship really changed my life in ways I couldn’t have predicted. I had the idea that it would be constant fun, constantly doing things and waves of excitement and learning. But it was a combination of those things, but it came with a lot more difficulties than I expected. However, I actually think that it was vital for my growth as a person and it turns out I’m grateful for them. I also got a full time job offer and I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish that had I not taken this chance. I will be forever grateful for it

I was super nervous coming into this as I had never done anything like it before, but the Absolute team made it easy and seamless. There was always something to do- whether it was a group dinner or a weekend trip, I was never bored. We had plenty of freedom to plan our own trips as well and I was able to make extremely valuable memories. I will never forget this experience and highly recommend!

The internship experience was amazing and everyone was so supportive. In the process of getting my visa I had a lot of help and also was kept up to date on every process as well when I was helped to find a host company. My host company was so sweet and kind as well. I was able to learn a lot from this experience and grow as a person and also in the professional workplace. There are many different countries you can do it in so I am sure there are many cultures you can explore. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience

My internship at SportInspired in London, facilitated by Absolute Internship, was a pivotal experience that significantly elevated my early career trajectory. Through this program, I collaborated with the SportInspired Finance team and CEO, using Microsoft 365 and Xero to streamline budget planning and execution while contributing to strategic, long-term business initiatives. The experience also allowed me to develop operational expertise by managing ten sports festivals that positively impacted over 500 children, 50 teachers, and 200 volunteers from underprivileged communities. These events promoted active lifestyles and fostered social connections through sports. Absolute Internship provided a unique platform for me to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment, further strengthening my ability to navigate global challenges with a solutions-driven mindset.

Being able to work in a global city as robust and diverse as London allows you to meet so many different people from all walks of life as well as multiple experiences that are great too! Creating a good work life balance was crucial and it allowed me to enjoy being in the office as well as my time off to experience the city and all it had to offer!

Absolute Internship was the best way for me to get comfortable studying abroad. I had an amazing time getting to know people from around the world, seeing new landmarks, and becoming immersed in the culture of the United Kingdom. It has been great being able to have friends all around the world, I recommend Absolute to anyone who is looking to step outside their comfort zone and try something new.
