Teaching Jobs in Pattaya, Thailand

Most ESL jobs in Pattaya are at language institutes where you’ll be teaching students before or after their normal school or work day. These jobs tend to be around 30 hours per week and pay well enough for you to live comfortably, if not extravagantly. You might be able to save a bit of money teaching in Pattaya, but you will likely want to use that for travel to Thailand and the surrounding countries’ temples, beaches, and cities. 

When you’re not in class teaching English in Pattaya, you’ll likely be spending a lot of time on the beach. Pattaya has beaches, but they’re somewhat crowded; to get a taste of isolated tropical paradise, the island of Koh Larn right off the coast of Pattaya offers pristine sands without the hordes of tourists, just a day trip away.
