Gain experience in child care and teaching English! Join GoEco near Nairobi, Kenya to work in an understaffed kindergarten. Volunteers will teach English through fun and educational games and activities. In this project you will be assisting local teachers to run classes of over 30 students - all extra hands are appreciated! During orientation, learn a little bit about Kenyan culture and history, as well as participate in a Swahili language class. Explore the region during free weekends with new friends!

Veterinary internships abroad are perfect to gain work experience and discover new countries at the same time. Be it wild or domestic animals in Africa, Asia, Europe or Latin America, get ready to shadow experienced veterinarians and receive valuable training. Taking part in a veterinary internship is a great opportunity for pre-vet, college and high school students that have a love for animals and are interested in a veterinary career. Volunteers will benefit greatly from working with exotic wildlife and under completely different circumstances, so what are you waiting for?

We invite medical students and practitioners across all medical fields to fill the ever-growing gaps in Level 5 hospitals, health centers, rural clinics, and dispensaries in Kenya. Some of these facilities have the equipment but lack human resources, affecting the services provided to most of the population. Interns and volunteers will be involved in various activities based on their backgrounds and training. These could include assisting with nursing, patient check-ups, registration, treatments, vaccinations, patient transport, maternity, pediatric care, dentistry, optical care, physiotherapy, and surgeries, among other things. Participants can choose to work at Nakuru Level 5 General Hospital, Mother Kevin Mission Hospital, Mama Lucy Hospital, or Muserich Health Center. The work schedule is from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and interns/volunteers can stay anywhere from two weeks to three months. Weekends are free, and interns/volunteers can also take part in professional knowledge sharing.
