Boat to the islands off the striking Pacific coast and travel to the desert oasis of Huacachina. Visit the mysterious Nazca Lines and then head to magical Cusco. This program includes the flight from Lima to Cusco, the former capital of the powerful Inca Empire. Delight in the archaeological feats and with Inca ruins, the stunning sacred valley and charming colonial architecture. Our journey will take us to the heights of Machu Picchu and the Peruvian Andes.

Volunteer to help impoverished women and their children in Peru with GoBeyond. Casa Mantay, a Cuzco center founded by Raquel and Sergio, serves as a refugee center for teenage mothers and children. Here, they are taught sustainable skills that will help them survive and even succeed in the future. Yuri, an inspirational director at Aldea Yanapay, helps alleviate the social injustices faced by the children through alternative and after-school programs. Earn the Presidential Service Award upon completion of this 100-hour service trip.

Dragons Peru summer abroad course is a rugged and challenging journey through the folds of time, offering exposure to critical development issues of today through the lens of the cultures, communities, and stunning backdrops of the past. It is ideal for students who want to develop wilderness and leadership skills while engaging in hands-on service and in an inspection of the critical development issues facing Latin America. Expect to live closely with remote indigenous communities and trek through awe-inspiring terrain as you discover profound new relationships with yourself and the world around you.
