Dr. Mohammad Ghassemi, M.D. (“Dr. G” to his patients), has served as International Medical Aid’s (IMA) Medical Director for over a decade, drawing on more than 35 years of clinical experience in the United States, primarily in the Midwest. In this role, he provides strategic and clinical oversight across IMA’s global operations, working closely with in-country physicians, academic partners, and hospital administrators. Dr. Ghassemi is deeply committed to education and mentorship, guiding students and trainees across all stages.
