Created in partnership with the Italian School of Hospitality, this professionally oriented program trains you to be a qualified and “industry-ready” specialist in hospitality management who is capable of designing and managing the strategic and operational marketing of an international hotel chain or a guest relations consultant. The Hospitality Innovation and e-Tourism program is entirely taught in English and ensures that your degree is international. It features a strong internship program aimed at hard- and soft-skills development. From your first year of study, you are in close contact with the hospitality and tourism industry. The study plan includes three professional internships that can be carried out either in Italy or abroad. This programme is ranked in the top 150 in the QS Subject Rankings for Hospitality.

At Florence University of the Arts and the affiliated Apicius School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality, SAI offers Career Certificate Programs for students seeking to develop new skills and knowledge while building professional experience in an international learning environment. Career Certificate Programs may be taken for one session, one year, or two years. Each year is comprised of two sessions, with pre-set “core classes”. Students receive US credit for Certificate Programs through the University of South Florida.
