Brand Design for Hospitality Florence

You learn how to guide clients through the full co-design process, from concept to character, using a Munari-style, maieutic approach that centers collaboration and human experience.

The curriculum blends conventional teaching with multidisciplinary perspectives across design, art, lifestyle, and fashion. Face-to-face lectures are paired with hands-on Adobe Suite training, field visits to restaurants, hotels, and local businesses, and real-world briefs from IED partner companies. Students also attend seminars, conferences, and workshops led by international professionals.
