The Bachelor of Health Sciences program trains and develops professionals (excluding physicians) to establish careers in health education, deliver para-clinical services, and administer and manage healthcare systems and facilities. It offers the following areas of concentration: Community Health Humanities/Biomedicine, Ethics & Society Healthcare Administration & Management Nutrition and Society Environmental Health Health Informatics At the end of this program, graduates will be able to: Undertake research in cross-disciplinary health science fields. Develop their own training in research, targeted at applied and cross-disciplinary health-related niche specialties. Administer and manage healthcare facilities. Deliver para-clinical services in healthcare facilities. Perform quality control services for health-related industries. Function as scientific officers in health and environmental-related agencies. Our BSc (Hons) Health, Wellbeing and Social Care with Foundation Year course delivers a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, helping you develop the skills and experiences needed to be impactful following your graduation.
