Participate in a combination of nature conservation and adventure in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Activities include; Planting trees and reforestation: Deforestation of the tropical rainforest is a serious problem in Kilimanjaro, leading to the loss of natural resources and biodiversity. Volunteers help cultivate tree seedlings and plant them on eroded land. The seedlings are also distributed to local communities. Environmental education in schools and villages: Wood and charcoal are popular fuels for the local community. However, their use has a negative impact, as it causes deforestation. As a volunteer, you can help organize workshops for children and adolescents in schools and village communities to spread awareness of this environmental problem. Community work: It is a tradition for locals in Tanzania to actively help and participate in each other's activities when needed. As a volunteer and part of this community, you will help farmers harvest crops such as coffee, corn, and bananas. You will also engage in other re-innovation procedures, such as building schools and bridges.
