Kindergarten classes in Fiji are often large, making it difficult for local staff to give each child the necessary attention. Due to the shortage of educational personnel, the main objective of this program is to assist teachers with activities for 4 to 6-year-olds and share ideas about the lesson plan. Tasks include: - Teach basic English - Plan activities on English comprehension - Play games with children - Organize dynamic age-appropriate activities - Develop students' conversation skills - Help children relate to the English language Kids Club We organize a Kids Club to provide a fun and educational experience during school breaks. The club is held in community halls and open to children and teens, from 5 to 16 years old. Each week focuses on a specific theme, broken down into subtopics to make learning more accessible. The club runs from 9 am to 2:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays. You work alongside local coordinators in the afternoon to plan lessons for the following day. On Fridays, the club emphasizes Sports Education, offering an active and exciting way for children to learn and engage.
