Spend a summer in the welcoming capital city of Madrid, Spain, with AIFS Abroad! Study a wide variety of academic program options and earn up to 9 credits (when taking an internship) at the Universidad Nebrija, home to a diverse student body of about 6,000. Most courses are taught at the Madrid-Princesa campus in the city center, in a recently restored and renovated historical building. Internship opportunities in a wide range of industries for many different majors are available to help you make the most of your semester in Madrid. In combination with Hispanic Studies, Universidad Nebrija offers an Internship Program for students with a high intermediate level (or above) of Spanish. Students with an intermediate level of Spanish may be considered for an internship placement in the science or hospitality field. You'll live in a homestay with a local family or in a shared room in a centrally located apartment. Homestay students will receive two meals per day from their host family, while apartment students will receive a meal allowance to subsidize the cost of groceries and meals.
