I would recommend CIEE to a friend because of how streamlined the process is and how affordable the program is compared to other ones at my university. I also appreciate how there are a lot of opportunities within CIEE to grow, like internships and ambassador programs.
Madrid specifically has awesome staff, good schedule for classes with ability to travel and spend time exploring. Liked taking 2 classes at a time to be able to live fully too. Liked the internship seminar a lot.
It is great how you can choose your courses and the courses were super interesting in the program. The CIEE Madrid, Spain staff is great and super helpful. I loved the excursions that facilitated learning.
I would be extremely likely to recommend CIEE to a friend because of how well CIEE accommodated my stay in Madrid. I was very satisfied with the living situation they chose for me, I appreciated all of the. interactive events and trips they took us on and I enjoyed the classes that they provided with well accredited professors. Overall the program was very enjoyable and made me feel comfortable while I was abroad.

This has been one of the best experiences of my life and that is largely due to CIEE. It is a wonderful organization that truly cares about the students that are studying abroad with them. All of the staff I have interacted with have been so wonderful and have made it clear that they will go above and beyond to make my time here great.
The three block program is very unique in that students are fortunate enough to visit 3 different cities. I also appreciate that every second week of the block students are able to go on a weekend trip that has most expenses paid by the program. This program is definitely worth the cost.
