Introduction to Styling and Decoration is a two-week English Summer Course designed to guide you through the full development of a decoration project, from concept to execution. The course introduces the core principles of interior styling, combining theory and practice in a clear and accessible way. You will learn about styles and trends, space planning, colour theory, and lighting, while understanding how to balance aesthetic and functional elements. Sustainability is also integrated into the design process. The knowledge acquired can be applied to domestic, commercial, or workspaces and serves as a foundation for further studies in Interior Design. The course strengthens communication skills and offers an opportunity to practice English in a creative context. You will also explore digital tools for developing and presenting projects. Open to beginners, creative professionals, homeowners, and design enthusiasts, no previous experience is required. The course takes place at IED Kunsthal Bilbao, an interdisciplinary environment where students learn hands-on from experienced professionals while connecting with diverse creative profiles.
