Bilbao
by: Basque Adventurer - New HampshireProgram: API: Experience Bilbao, Spain (Scholarships Available)Great city, beach, night life, cultural events, amazing API advisor (Andrea). You should live in an apartment rather than the residencia because that was the only bad part about the trip. The residencia food was awful, and almost every residence director hated Americans. Little to no interaction with local students so might as well have an apartment.
