This was the first time I had been on a language stay (I was there for 3 weeks). LTL Beihai school was smaller but very cosy, I got the learning materials from the school, and the teaching style is very individualised (I definitely appreciate that). My teacher Summer is simply the best (I really enjoyed it with her), the headmistress Savanah is very helpful and kind (she tried to organise lots of activities that we students could all do together), and my host family is absolutely amazing (I really felt at home). The city of Beihai has something about it; it is peaceful, but at the same time there are lots of places to go here (shopping centres, night markets, old streets, the beach). I really like it here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks at Maximo. My teacher Marianella was excellent and my classmates were a lot of fun. All of the staff at Maximo were overwhelmingly helpful and pleasant. The building itself wow on air-conditioned was a great place to spend downtime and do homework. the pool was an excellent bonus. I definitely improved my Spanish and I’m very pleased with the results. Additionally, the cultural experiences were excellent. I especially loved the sea turtle release and the cooking classes. I will definitely recommend Maximo to friends and family.

Really enjoyed our two weeks doing Spanish immersion. Instruction was top notch, professional. Learned a lot. The program is well organized and staff is there to help you with anything you might need. I’d recommend this program to anyone.

First time Japan, first time Bildungszeit and first time REAL Sushi! I think this sums up my first day in Japan when I arrived. And yes, not Tokyo or Osaka. I wanted to see the real Japan and found it here in Sapporo. The city felt like back home in Europe but at the same time so surreal and new things to discover. The food here is so fresh and the variety of things to try was overwhelming. The school did a great job organizing events and other activities for the students. Sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming with all the new things to memorize and Japanese take a bit of time to properly sack in but I successfully survived my two weeks here:) Hope to come back again and definitely recommend everybody to do their paid work leave in Japan too!

Ich hatte eine sehr gute Zeit in der ltl Sprachschule. Ich habe in der kurzen Zeit viel gelernt. Thư war eine sehr gute Lehrerin. Die gemeinsamen Mittagessen, Workshops und die Spiele haben viel Spaß gemacht. Vielen Dank an alle!

My 14 year-old absolutely loved her experience with Sevilla Abroad! It was the perfect mix of cultural immersion, learning Spanish, planned activities and independence. The best part was spending time with her host family. SA also had great communication when health concerns about her food allergies arose. They also had great communication as the group travel to interesting places, sending parents pictures and updates. My daughter came home and immediately wanted to return for a semester. Sevilla became a forever home abroad!

Simply a great and fulfilling time I had in Japan. My work life exposed me to a lot of Japanese studies and cultural events I wholeheartedly enjoyed. The horse family they organized for me was so nice and they made sure to take me to a few family trips on the weekend. The time passed by so quickly that I was really sad once my study abroad time was over. I wish the whole Meiji team all the best and hope to see all my new friends sometime soon in the future.

LTL school has been an amazing organization. We have sent both of our kids to this program, 3 years apart, and their experience was exceptional. Riona Chen was great to work with, and this year our youngest daughter’s teacher Juju, was a delight. The homestay experience was also incredible. They stayed with Liz Hu and family and had an equally memorable and fun time. I was very impressed that all of the teachers and everyone involved with the program remembered us 3 years later! Thank you for being such a great program!

Mein Bildungsurlaub in Hokkaido oder genauer gesagt in Sapporo war wirklich wunderschön. Die Organisation der Schule war hervorragend und besonders die ganzen Aktivitäten waren eines der besten die ich seit langem erlebt habe. Der Unterricht war gut strukturiert aber konnte auch teils recht intensiv sein. Man muss hier wirklich den Kontext beachten, dass die Struktur vom Bildungsurlaubsprogramm sehr voll gepackt ist mit Pflichteinheiten die man einhalten muss. Hier kann man dafür wenig die Schule verantwortlich setzen, aber mein persönlicher Rat ist, hängt am besten noch eine Extrawoche Urlaub dran. Hokkaido hat einfach viel zu bieten! Meiji Team ihr werdet mich nicht so schnell los und wir sehen uns im Wintern wieder 😝 Grüße aus dem sonnigen Frankfurt!

I recently completed a four-week course at That's Mandarin in Hangzhou, and I cannot speak highly enough of the program. The registration process prior to arrival was seamless, with prompt communication from the international office regarding visa guidance and housing options. Once I arrived, the teaching team welcomed me warmly. The lessons were structured logically, building up conversational ability step-by-step without overwhelming us. Hangzhou itself is a fantastic destination—safe, dynamic, and full of historical charm. Having the school located close to public transit made exploring the city after class very easy. The administrative staff were always available to resolve any questions or organize social activities for us. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine intermediate skills, That's Mandarin provides the guidance, structure, and support you need to succeed in your language learning journey.

My experience at That's Mandarin Hangzhou was nothing short of wonderful. I registered for a three-week intensive group course to brush up on my conversational skills before starting an internship.I am extremely grateful to the entire team and would recommend them to any prospective student.

Studying Mandarin with That's Mandarin in Hangzhou was one of the highlights of my year. I enrolled in the small group program for four weeks. What impressed me most was the dedication of the teaching staff. They managed to create a fun, pressure-free environment where making mistakes was treated as a natural step in the learning process.
