Attend Spanish classes, which are available from 1-4+ hours a day, and practice your skills with local students through our Free Tandem Conversation Program.
Choose from a range of accommodation options: local host family, apartment, hostel, or hotel.
Earn 3-4 university credits via our School of Record: California State University-Monterey Bay.

The Maximo team made it so easy to navigate a new city and made sure that I accomplished all that I set out to during my stay. My internship placement was amazing and I met so many wonderful people. Beautiful and Eye Opening

And she also explained Costa Rica's culture. Only feedback would be better communication about our itinerary through email, since we all got it very late. And maybe if the itinerary was a bit more detailed. Like telling us if we're able to swim or not. Since for one of the waterfalls we couldn't swim. And also if hotels could've been mentioned. Or the cost of things around since the hotels we are in are touristy
