LTL Language School || Learn Chinese in China

the course was amazing, everyone at the school super professional and incredibly kind and helpful, I'd like to express special thanks to my laoshi, Anna and Lisa, who made my stay in Shanghai feel like home, their instruction was always clear and well presented, they were patient and took neccessary things slow while still teaching us a whole lot. the only issue I had was not with the school, but my appartment was a little cold, due to the fact most appartnent buildings were built without proper insulation, so heads up for that, but we solved the issue in no time with the owner of the appartment who gave me an extra heater for my room.

My classmates were great, I enjoyed the lessons. I had already attended many Mandarin language schools, but finally had the opportunity to learn and play Mahjong. I really enjoyed that. My host family was wonderful, I was very happy to be able to stay with them.

The academic, teachers are excellent. As MD. MBA (Stanford, Kellogg Business School. Northwestern University) the Brand which is a major part of LTL intrinsic value needs improvement: 1) Cleanliness of school and its environment is important to its image. 2) I suggest no more Homestay in the Cat Fang area as being far, not clean nor safe, homeowners suffer from 20-30% decline in home values, hence upkeep is poor with cracks pavement all over. Trash can not covered, homeowners either don't seem to care or resign to status quo of despair. One has to understand the value of time. Home stays in the Cao Fang means waking up at 4 A.M., forego breakfast since host mother still asleep in order to catch the 6 A.M. Metro commute. At 6:30 A.M. the subway train is already packed with people that it was hard for me to exit. On my first day someone has to push me out the door after I was crashed by the closing doors. After two weeks of this experience I decided to move to an apartment on Wanda Plaza 8 minutes walk to the school.
