At the first day of my internship programme there was a orientation programme for 3 days. they told us about the property how they runs & which department is situated where in the hotel. I have completed my internship programme from JW Marriott. I enjoyed & learned various skills such as multitasking, Communicating, learning to deal with diversity & dealing with deadlines are diffrent when you are working for others. The internship helps me to enhance my skills in kithchen.

For students who are looking for the perfect abroad experience, I would highly recommend Beyond Academy. I had such a great summer with the Beyond Academy programme! From the very first application to them, they were always there to guide me and give me advice. I got some great feedback and help with my CV and some really good interview practice. The internship I ended up doing was a marketing internship with a theatre in Islington. It was so much fun! I learned so many skills, and gained a lot of useful experience. Especially where PR is considered! I'm already in talks for a graduate job directly because of this experience! The London coordinators were such great people and super helpful! They were also a lot of fun at the Beyond events I attended (of which there were a lot, and often were covered as part of the programme)! Overall, I highly recommend using Beyond as it is such a stress-free way to complete an internship, experience the culture of another city, and really stands out on a resume!

A program like this feels like its too good to be true. Especially when you consider I found them on Instagram. Regardless, it was one of the BEST experiences OF MY LIFE!!! The Beyond Academy staff was so beyond helpful with finding me a placement, getting me a visa, etc. Once I was in London (my placement location), the community team was there supporting me before I even set my bags down. Litterally, I had to call them to get my accommodation keys and they helped solve the issue in minutes! I could not have asked for a better experience with a better program!

This internship really changed my life in ways I couldn’t have predicted. I had the idea that it would be constant fun, constantly doing things and waves of excitement and learning. But it was a combination of those things, but it came with a lot more difficulties than I expected. However, I actually think that it was vital for my growth as a person and it turns out I’m grateful for them. I also got a full time job offer and I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish that had I not taken this chance. I will be forever grateful for it

Attending this two-week medical internship and shadowing program in London was an unforgettable experience! From day one, everything was well-organized, and the staff was incredibly supportive. I had the opportunity to shadow experienced doctors in various specialties, observe real patient interactions, and even take part in hands-on clinical skills workshops. It was a great experience, however I do think it is geared towards people with little to no work experience and did not meet all my expectations of learning something new in a new work environment. The best part was being able to practice my Spanish with my host family.

CIEE provided me with a great internship site, a clean and nice apartment in a good neighborhood, and gave me roommates who shared similar interests. The staff was extremely kind and helped me whenever I needed, and were good about checking in with me about my experiences

Living in London for two months was an absolutely incredible experience! Beyond Academy was so amazing !! I was a bit nervous in the beginning, but after the first day meeting the other interns the nerves instantly went away. Everyone I met was so great and I had the absolute best time. All of the events were so much fun and it was a fantastic way to experience more of London. Definitely something I will always look back on and was an experience of a life time. I even extended my trip two extra weeks and wished I could have stayed longer.
