Through World Internships, IGS presents students from around the world a great opportunity for personal and professional growth abroad. Choose from a range of placements in the fields of Human Rights and Social Work in beautiful Ecuador. You will take on some of the most meaningful work with a non-government organization that supports adolescent victims of human trafficking. You will be part of a team responsible for giving former trafficking victims a safe living environment, psychological assistance, legal support, and education. Your internship role in the NGO may vary, considering your passions and skill sets. You will tend to necessary projects at the center, such as English language education, career coaching, administrative logistics, and creative curriculum planning. You will also have the opportunity to acquire a variety of skills, including language education, legal research, NGO administration, and curriculum design, which you can add to your resumé or CV. This program is also open to volunteers.

ELEP Volunteer & Internship Programs offer medical and healthcare internships across Ecuador. These suits anyone interested in pursuing a career in medicine, nursing, midwifery, physical therapy, or dentistry. The program has been designed to train pre-med and medical students. They gain valuable hands-on experience while working with professional staff in local hospitals, medical NGOs, and clinics. All doctors have experience teaching international students and would love to share their knowledge.
