My experience in Thailand has been so fun! I got to see a lot of the major temples and sites that are a must visit. I made many friends with the other interns here. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They helped me with any questions I had or anything in general. Overall my experience was amazing, 10/10 would recommend to anyone on the fence about it! I would even come back if I could!

This was the most amazing and most fun experience I have ever had. This is the first time I have traveled alone to a country I have never been to before, and it's been alone from family in a whole new place for a long time. Most people view interning abroad as just a resume builder, but it's honestly so much more than that. I've really grown as a person by becoming more independent and self-reliant. I've gone on amazing and cool excursions and made so many new friends. I've gotten to really love Australia over the couple of weeks I spent here, and I honestly wish I had spent more time there. I felt very sad to leave, and all of the other interns felt the same way. Australia is truly a wonderful place to live in, and I hope my future holds a place for Australia.

I completed the Artbound internship program and honestly loved it. The program helped me develop practical design skills, build confidence, and gain a clearer understanding of the type of work I want to pursue moving forward. Overall, it was a really beneficial experience and has set me up well for interviews and job applications. I feel much more prepared going into the industry.

I had a super positive experience with Artbound Initiative as they were able to find me an internship in a swift manner! Their communication was great and I was really happy with all the help they offered me. My internship was amazing and I loved the team so I would recommend this program if you are looking to make a start in the creative industry!

ABI was a helpful and worthwhile experience that I would recommend to others. My main concern that I was worried about when entering the workforce was being able to find an internship at all, so I'm glad that ABI was able to bridge the gap there so I could focus more on my actual work experience as opposed to stressing out applying to a million different places in the hopes that one of them will interview me.

This was one of the best experiences of my life and I would not trade it for the world! I got so much more out of my shell and loved working in a corporate environment as it gave me an insight into my future career. I would recommend this program to everyone!

I had a fantastic time during my internship in Melbourne! The city’s café culture, great coffee, and vibrant, diverse community were highlights. Through The Intern Group, I made some amazing friends and had plenty of opportunities to learn and connect. My company turned out to be different from what I expected but in a really unique and positive way, which made the experience even more valuable. Perth, our experience coordinator, kept things fun and engaging throughout. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I’m grateful for all the great people I met along the way.

My 10-week internship was an incredible success. Entering the experience with an open mind allowed me to truly reap its full benefits. The people I met, the fun I had, and the overall opportunity were all amazing. I've made numerous new friends and grown significantly more comfortable with myself, both personally and professionally. I'm thrilled to have secured full-time employment from it and now truly feel like a Melbournian. And... I just have to give a huge shoutout to Perth. She was truly phenomenal. Always a friendly face and ready to chat whenever we needed her. Her caring nature and bubbly personality made everything feel so welcoming, and she really knows her stuff about the city and the intern lifestyle. The experiences she planned for us were fantastic. Her punctuality and communication were always on point, and the work-life balance she promotes is something I'll carry with me in my own journey. My six-week journey in Melbourne with The Intern Group and Tasty Fresh has been an unforgettable experience filled with professional growth, cultural immersion, and personal development. This opportunity not only provided me with invaluable work experience but also allowed me to explore the vibrant city of Melbourne. This internship experience has significantly contributed to my personal development. Living independently in a new city, let alone a new country, taught me essential life skills such as independance, time management, budgeting, and adaptibility. Navigating through challenges and stepping out of my comfort zone helped build my confidence. During my internship with Tasty Fresh, I had multiple projects such as Ethical Hacking, Raspberry Pi Devices, Software Development, Web Development and Electrical Engineering. This provided me with a variety of skills that I have developed over the 6 week internship. Working with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures broadened my perspective and enhanced my ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural setting. Some of the most memorable experiences was Interacting with Australia’s iconic wildlife such as feeding kangaroos and meeting koalas. Visiting the Melbourne Skydeck offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The vineyard tour was a delightful excursion where I learned about local wine production and enjoyed tasting some of the region’s finest wines. It was a perfect blend of education and leisure. Attending an Australian Football League (AFL) game was an exciting, confusing and immersive experience. The energy and passion of the fans were contagious, it gave me a deep appreciation for Australia’s sports culture. My six-week internship in Melbourne with The Intern Group and Tasty Fresh has been transformative. The professional skills I gained, the cultural experiences I enjoyed, and the personal growth I achieved have all contributed to making this journey a pivotal chapter in my career and personal life. Buckle up and get ready for a whirlwind ride through my graphic design internship at Pitch Agency, nestled in the vibrant heart of Melbourne. From Monday to Wednesday, I stepped into a world where pixels met passion, under the seasoned guidance of the agency's creative wizards. Each day dawned with a burst of creative energy as I delved into tasks helping the team with my designs. From crafting eye-catching visuals to fine-tuning brand identities, every project was a canvas waiting to be transformed into a masterpiece. Collaborating with seasoned professionals not only honed my skills but also expanded my design horizons, leaving me with a toolkit brimming with fresh techniques and innovative approaches. But wait, the adventure didn't end within the 4 corner's of Pitch Agency's studio walls. I had the privilege of completing a remarkable internship experience in Spain facilitated by AIP, and I am delighted to share my thoughts on this transformative journey. Throughout my internship, I had the chance to engage in hands-on projects that stretched my capabilities and allowed me to apply the theoretical knowledge gained in my academic studies. The internship highlighted the significance of adaptability and organisational skills. Navigating a new environment and industry demanded an open-minded approach and a willingness to align with the workplace ethos. While seeking guidance from a supervisor is essential, there are instances when we must rely on our problem-solving abilities. Learning from mistakes was paramount, considering that the internship was fundamentally a learning opportunity. The experience also underscored the importance of structured communication through business reports and marketing articles. They are instrumental in convincing clients of the capabilities of the agency to address their concerns effectively. In terms of skills and knowledge, the internship was transformative. Beyond refining my copywriting abilities, I became more well-versed in the intricacies of digital marketing. Learning to effectively use AI tools opened up new avenues for creative work. Crafting compelling articles and blogs honed my communication skills, while also offering insights into persuasive techniques employed in advertising.

During the placement process, The Intern Group only had one mechanical engineering option to offer me at a company based in Colombia and had to switch to a fully remote position. The situation was unfortunate because of the time zone differences and the workload was very independent. This wasn’t the internship I hoped for but it definitely challenged me professionally. The people that arrived the same time as I did + the accommodation made the whole experience worthwhile. Our experience coordinator, Erika, was very welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. We would have weekly meet ups to socialize and do fun activities together. The accommodation is full of other friendly students/travelers and I felt very safe, it’s comparable to a single dorm room.

My experience working with ABI was fantastic! The pre-internship training and mentorship helped to steer me in the right direction and find find an internship that matched my preferences and skillset. My experience with the Milkman Agency was very memorable, and has introduced me to a range of invaluable tools to further my design skills. With the help from ABI, I have more confidence in my creativity and networking abilities, and I am motivated to learn from others and be more proactive in working towards my dream career.

The internship definitely met my expectations. If anything, it exceeded them! The three months flew by, and I couldn't believe how much I had learnt within the creative industry and about myself through finding my way around an unfamiliar city. From the beginning, I felt like part of the Picos Digital Marketing Agency and was given client-facing tasks that made me feel like a valued team member. ArtBound Initiative was fundamental to the process of making this dream become a reality. They gave me the necessary building blocks and confidence to put myself out there and explore the workforce and a new city. They helped me feel prepared for the internship, and because of this, I was fortunate enough to be offered a job at Picos once my internship concluded. I have now been given a brilliant opportunity to begin a new life with Picos and in Melbourne. I feel very fortunate to have been a part of the Artbound Initiative program and feel it has provided me with new and exciting opportunities.

The preparations was wxcellent. All Stage-Global staff responded to my questions immediately and were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough, they have made my transition to Australia seamless.
