I booked a hostel for the first days of adaptation, which gave me time to find accommodation. The company have very kind people who help you with anything they can and I really enjoy their guidance.

They could provide some more help on this. It was quite difficult to find housing, but after searching for a long time, I have found a nice apartment. Really like the company.

Frequently Asked Questions
Am I allowed to travel after the completion of my internship?
For Australia, you will have to apply for a Work & Holiday visa. This allows you to stay in the country for up to 12 months. You can to travel for an extended period, such as 6 months, before or after your work or internship.
Is there a minimum/maximum age for applying?
Yes, the age limitations are linked to the visa options for Australia. If you have applied for a Work & Holiday visa, you have to be between 18-30 years old. Stage-Australia will help you find the right visa for you, and apply on your behalf.
Will Stage-Australia also arrange my housing?
Yes, Stage-Australia helps you with finding suitable housing. You will get assistance but the actual signing for the housing contract is your responsbility.
Can I choose the location of my placement?
Yes, you can name a preferred location for your placement during the intake interview with us. Additional fees will apply.
How long does it take to find an internship for me?
In most cases, it can go really fast. As soon as you fill in the application form, we will plan an intake interview with you. The next step would be paying the deposit and the collection of your application documents. Then Stage- Australia will start looking for a perfect placement for you. You can consider it to take 2 months to find you a suitable internship. If you need a last-minute placement, we will think with you on that.
