You’ll develop the ability to create, prototype, and build a complete collection, adding your own style and flair. You’ll study everything from working with metals and alternative materials to digital design, 3D modeling, and rendering. With a project-based approach, where continuous experimentation is carried out while working hands-on in the goldsmith's workshop, you’ll build a solid foundation as a basis for your personal idea of jewelry design. You’ll encounter many interpretations of jewelry design: Contemporary Art Jewelry - Each piece is unique and crafted from precious or alternative materials, making it a work of art. Fashion Jewelry - Regarded as a fashion element that enriches and embellishes every outfit. Fine Jewelry - Project design and the use of precious materials are all intertwined. The program culminates in your dissertation, which will showcase your style and identity as a jewelry designer. This training is designed for students and professionals who want to explore jewelry design across various applications. The course is taught in English and starts each October.
