High School Study Abroad in Biarritz, France

Language Vacation's French summer school for juniors is located on the Youth Guesthouse premises, a 20-minute bus ride from the center of Biarritz, France, and the beach. Activities take place at the guesthouse, on the beach, and in the city center. All lessons take place in the local school in the Maison des Associations, situated between the beach and residence. Students attend 15 45-minute group lessons per week. Only 15 students will be accepted per class. Prior to placement in a class, students take a test to determine their French proficiency. While in Biarritz, students will stay with a host family in the Biarritz-Anglet-Bayonne area and will be given three meals per day. Students accommodated in host families will have their French lessons and lunches on campus. Students will be responsible for their room and must keep it reasonably clean. Students can opt to live at the residence, which has shared rooms for three to four students. Breakfast and dinner will be taken on campus and lunch will be at a nearby restaurant. Opting to stay at the residence requires a 50 euro deposit.
