Volunteer Programs in Hiroshima, Japan

Ark Foreign Langage Academy is a great place to work at. The Ark staff was very easy to work and get along with. If I ever needed help with something, regardless of whether it had to do with work or not, there was always someone there the give me advice or help out the best they could. The work environment is nice and well kept. The students, for the most part, are well behaved and are fun to be with. I found this work experience to be a very low-stress job and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have any previous teaching abroad experience.

I really enjoyed teaching English and made a lot of great friends. The area is so beautiful. I highly recommend this program to young people who want a few months abroad, but don't have the confidence to travel alone without support in a non-English speaking country.
