Screenwriting Study Abroad Programs in Spain

During my time abroad I learned more about the world, myself and what i'm capable of than ever before. This was by far the most rewarding thing I have ever done and not a day goes by where I don't miss it. Ive made the best friends I could ever ask for, had some of the best food in my life, seen the most beautiful architecture and learned so much history about other regions its amazed me. I learned how to navigate new environments all on my own in countries where English was not a first language. Ive grown so much independently and mentally from this and will take it with me in my future success! For anyone that is on the fence about going abroad I strongly encourage that you won't regret it, the worst part about abroad for me was having to leave a place that I quickly called home!

I would be likely to recommend CIEE Study Abroad to a friend or peer because of the support system that they establish with their students. The advisers are always available for the students and their questions and for that I am grateful.

CIEE is a very organized and reliable program that really wants their students' to enjoy their time abroad. I would highly recommend studying abroad with CIEE (and in the Advanced Liberal Arts program).

Living with 2 other Americans and a Spanish student in a shared apartment gave me a taste of everyday life here, while taking classes at UB in Spanish showed me what it's like to study as a student in Barcelona. Alberto and Andres were there for me throughout the entire process and helped to make each step easy to transition into.

I would strongly recommend studying with CIEE because it was such a great experience! It is always nerve-wracking going to a new place, but CIEE offers such quality programming, guidance, and opportunities to integrate into the city that all the anxiety falls away and transforms into a new passion to go out and explore the world!

I would recommend CIEE to a friend because the Barcelona program was everything I could have dreamed of! The excursions, the study center, the professors, the classes...it all was awesome!!! The only downside is the price...but, with all that is included, I can understand to an extent.

I loved everything about the people, the staff and the city, but some of the teachers lacked organization and did not communicate well so it made it difficult to stay on top of everything I needed without becoming stressed/spread too thin.

CIEE ALA has given me the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic Spanish university life. Forum-Nexus is a great program. The staff, and professors are amazing. As you travel form city to city they are with you, and available to answer any questions you may have. It was great taking courses and increasing my education through the classes, but also by being able to get to know each city we were in. I had never been to Europe prior to the program, and it was amazing to be able to experience it for the first time with Forum-Nexus.

I was a student with Forum-Nexus this summer. It was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. I visited so many great and famous cities, all while gaining transfer credit at the University of Michigan. Although the places were incredible, the people were even better. I have so many lasting memories from this program and many new friends from all over the United States and the world.
