I enjoyed the program and its layout

by: S J - United StatesProgram: Ultimate Summer in Europe: 5 Countries in 1 Month

It helped to open my mind and learn how to navigate being alone in another country. Also introduced me to new experiences. I loved the staff. I particularly loved the energy that Hugo brought as well as his wisdom. Professional visits were unique experiences that gave us opportunities not everyone would get part in. Hotels were really great. My level of international IQ certainly improved. I also have new perspectives given we have also seen the countries that we learned about first hand. I have much more of a grasp on the understanding.

A Guide to Studying Education Abroad

Why Study Education Abroad

In today’s globalizing educational environment it is increasingly important to develop cross-cultural communication skills in order to be a successful educator. This is because your students will likely come from many different backgrounds, and often be multilingual too, so it will be incredibly valuable for you to have the skills to teach and connect with a diverse demographic of students. Studying education abroad will allow you to improve greatly on your teaching abilities and cultural understanding, while also learning both within and about another country’s education system; what more could an educator ask for?
