The four-week programme for college students aged 18+ delves into the business of football in partnership with one of the world's most successful football clubs, Manchester City. In this unforgettable summer study experience each of the fundamental aspects of the game will be explored through four modules. These are: Foundations of the Global Sports Industry, Cross-Cultural Leadership & Strategy, Financial Management & Marketing and Innovation, Legacy & The Future of Sport.  ​The programme will be taught through lectures, workshops, tutorials and visits, which will examine real-world case studies and bring students into contact with industry professionals from Manchester City Football Club and beyond. Students should expect to gain a highly developed understanding of how football operates beyond the pitch, making it suitable for anybody interested in a career in the sports business.

Explore the writings of Northern England spanning from the beginnings of English literature to the present day. The four-week class will take place on-site in Northumbria, United Kingdom, at Alnwick Castle—a location famous for being the grounds of Hogwarts in the films Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Along the way, we will read the story of the poem written in English; learn about the lives and sagas of the Vikings; and discuss the horrors of the classic Gothic novel, Dracula. In addition to the class readings, we will take an excursion to a reconstructed Viking settlement in York, walk the Whitby streets that Dracula stalks in Bram Stoker's famous novel, and visit the locations in Edinburgh that served as the inspirations for Harry Potter. After the course, students will better understand the contributions that Northern England has made to the landscape of British Literature.

Spend the summer studying Shakespeare and the Jacobean playwrights with this accredited programme. Over the course of 8 weeks, you will rehearse and perform two abridged plays: one by Shakespeare and one by a Jacobean playwright. Directed by expert LAMDA directors, you will be challenged to approach classical text with clarity, detail, and precision. The rehearsal process will culminate in an informal sharing of your work. Alongside your rehearsals, you will take part in a range of skills classes, including acting, voice, singing, movement, dance, and combat, designed to help you develop the tools needed to perform classical text.
