With a wide range of exciting classes, a great social programme and a central London location our London International Summer School gives you a springboard to have the summer of a lifetime. This is a unique opportunity to study with us for three or six weeks and to earn UK University academic credits. The University of Cambridge's official International Summer Program offers over 140 one- and two-week courses across four weeks, allowing you to combine courses from a wide range of subjects across five core streams: 1) Business & Innovation, 2) Global Challenges, 3) History, 4) Literature, Philosophy, and the Visual Arts, and 5) Science. Earn credit and resume-building experience preserving Scotland’s culture. This summer program combines academic study with a practical internship in the heritage sector. Your experience begins with academic courses, including Heritage Management taught by the former Keeper of Archaeology at National Museums of Scotland. These courses, enriched by site visits and excursions, provide context for your internship. You will then be placed with a heritage organization, such as a museum or historical architectural site, that aligns with your academic and professional goals. What are the root causes of the Northern Ireland conflict, commonly called the Troubles? What progress has been made toward building sustainable peace? In a country where imposing "peace walls" still separates historically divided communities, how have citizens assumed crucial roles in conflict transformation? Students examine these questions and more over the course of the semester in this seminar-style class based at Ulster University in the city of Derry-Londonderry. They complete 16 total Augsburg University credits, plus gain hands-on experience during an internship in the community. Internships are in a setting that focuses on one or more of the key themes: Diversity and Inclusion; Equality and Social Justice; Democracy and Active Participation; Human Rights and Social Responsibility.

The University of Oxford, located in Oxford, England, is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the world. It was founded in the 12th century and operates as a collegiate university. Oxford welcomes applications from international students for undergraduate study. The admissions process for international students is similar to that of UK students, although there may be additional requirements, such as English language proficiency tests (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) for non-native English speakers.
