It was worth it!

June 30, 2026Sibongiseni Mbakaza - South Africa

This is an interesting course; I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn and travel the world. I really enjoyed this course. I've learned a great deal about other countries and their traditions.

Best feeling ever!!

Gem in the heart of Taipei

June 30, 2026Rostam King - United Kingdom

I stumbled upon this place while visiting Taiwan and decided to spend a couple of weeks working on my Chinese (after getting frustrated that everyone seemed to speak English in and around the hotel I was staying at). It turned out to be a great decision; really welcoming staff (shout out to Greta, Alin and Riona), lots of social activities with friendly students of various ages, levels and backgrounds and an immersive teaching environment, which was absolutely what I needed to give my faltering Chinese a much-needed push. I'm really grateful to both of my teachers, Jessica and Jack, who were both knowledgeable and engaging and were able to adapt my one-to-one time with them to suit my specific language learning needs. I'll definitely pay the Taipei LTL school another visit next time I'm in the country!

Tremendous experience!

June 30, 2026Klodian Mullaraj - United Kingdom

At first I was a little cautious because I didn’t know what to expect but as I started I knew I’d love it. The grammar module was just great fun and very informative. I learned a lot. What was more important was the methodology course. It just instils the teacher mindset in you. Word of advice. Watch the videos. Don’t skip them! They really guide you on your journey. I found them really helpful because not only you see how a lesson unfolds but also how the teacher interacts with the students and vice-versa. If you need any help there will always be someone ready to help you. A truly amazing experience. I can’t recommend it enough. Truly outstanding. Thank you.

It was challenging but it was a nice experience

June 30, 2026Thandiwe Masango - South Africa

"I had a great experience completing the 140-hour TEFL course. The content was well-structured, easy to understand, and covered everything I needed to build my confidence as a teacher. I especially enjoyed the practical examples and lesson planning sections, which prepared me for real classroom situations. The course was flexible, allowing me to study at my own pace. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to start or grow their teaching career."

I stepped out of my comfort zone and was able to better understand myself in a global context

June 30, 2026Katie ONeill - United States

My study abroad in Cordoba helped me grow, pushed my boundaries, and highlighted the parts of my life that I deeply value. I was able to view the world through different perspectives and challenge my ideas of what normal was. Finding new ways in which I fit into communities that looked different from the ones I grew up around helped me find different parts of myself. The global variety of people I was able to meet, talk with, and form deep relationships with, helped me understand myself in brand new ways. Additionally, Spain has so many different places with their own distinct cultures, histories, and communities. Being able to explore the different parts of Spain enriched my study abroad beyond my experiences in Cordoba. Studying abroad completely transformed how I will approach new people and situations in the future and fueled my desire to learn more about the cultures, languages, and people that form the world.

Unforgettable Internship Experience in Seoul

June 30, 2026Gianmarco Gitte - United States

Thank you AIP for making my six-week internship in Seoul unforgettable! When I first got on the plane, I was nervous, but as soon as I landed and was greeted by an AIP staff member, I immediately felt more comfortable. A special thank you to Herlyn for helping me with my placement and making the process smoother. Even in a stressful situation, like losing my passport, the AIP team guided me through it and helped me feel supported. I am very grateful for this experience and would recommend AIP to anyone looking for an internship abroad.

I had an unforgettable experience!

AIP did a great job at matching me with an internship in South Korea that was well aligned with my career goals. I had a wonderful time interacting with my coworkers and getting an inside look at the Korean work environment.

The Most Incredible Company!

June 30, 2026brooke ranieri - Canada

the most incredible company I have ever dealt with. the knowledge and care from the entire scotia personnel team is absolutely unmatched. If you are ever thinking of travelling abroad, this is the company you have to go through. take it from me, my first time Au Pairing i was 18, and had no clue what to expect. Here I am writing this at 29 with amazing experiences and lifelong friends from this journey. they make it extremely easy and remain kind, warm and friendly throughout the process. wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they changed my life!

I had a fantastic time, but I have a few suggestions

June 29, 2026Adele Eberhardt - United States

Overall, I would rank this trip as an 8/10. The trip was more geared towards OT students than SLP students. This was mainly due to the language barrier. I wish that in the future this trip would have more translators to help accommodate to speech needs in the facilities. The hotel that we stayed in during our time in Bulgaria was super rough. It was very gross and it didn’t feel like it was being cleaned very well, specifically the beds. It was fun to meet people during the trip and hangout, but I wish that I would have been able to long before the trip began. The information for the trip was only sent out 6 days before departure. I was hoping that it would have been sent out 2-4 weeks before departure. This would have been nice for meeting other people travelling. This is more of a general suggestion, but I hope that Therapy Abroad can update their website! When I first came across the site, it looked like a scam. It’s just a website with several broken links and it requires you to put down $1,000 for the deposit. If there’s anything you guys can do to make the marketing better, please do!

Awesome cultural integration!

June 29, 2026Diana Borro - Lithuania

I stayed with a family in Marinilla, eating local food and learning the local language. We went to schools in the countryside to teach children English and other subjects, spent time with older people and visited Medellin, Guatape, La Piedra de El Penol and more!
