Online Icelandic Language Courses

Icelandic courses at our language school suit beginners and more advanced students. You can learn at a level tailored to your previous knowledge. We can find the best level for you after a free placement exam and/or a short conversation. Highly qualified, experienced teachers with degrees in Icelandic as a foreign language deliver our online classes, ensuring rapid progress with the newest teaching methods and materials. The language of instruction at Sprachenatelier is Icelandic from the beginning. We also offer in-person courses, if you decide to continue learning in Berlin! If you don’t see a course offering that is right for you, send us your inquiry through the contact form. Maybe you want to join an intensive course together with friends, family, classmates, or colleagues and prepare for a stay abroad. We are happy to create an individual offer. Please note that most courses will be taught in both German and the target language (esp. beginner levels), so we recommend at least a B1/B2 level in German. Please contact us if you have any concerns about this. For some classes (e.g. very advanced levels or private lessons), you might not need any German.

The DELE Preparatory Course is focused on students who wish to obtain the official certificate (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) granted by the Cervantes Institute on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, the only official one that recognizes and certifies the degree of knowledge of the Spanish language. Our DELE Preparatory Course has 60 sessions of specific preparation for these examinations. During this course we will work on the different skills using methods similar to the ones that will be evaluated during the DELE examinations (oral and written interaction, oral and written comprehension). The course is taught by teachers with a wide experience preparing these examinations and accredited by the Cervantes Institute as examiners for DELE.
