South Africa - African Wildlife Ranch

The ranch is home to over 90 species of animals and reptiles and is one of the largest cheetah breeding centers in the world. The ranch is internationally recognized for its wildlife conservation efforts and is an institutional member for the World Association of Zoo’s & Aquaria (WAZA). The project aims to help wildlife conservation in South Africa while also educating the public about their efforts. Volunteers will gain hands-on experience working with wild animals and learn about the ranch’s educational programs. Some of your responsibilities may include cleaning animal enclosures, preparing food for cheetah and tiger cubs, and assisting with maintenance projects around the ranch.
