Great experience with Korvia
by: Mzwandile Mbedu - South AfricaProgram: English Program in Korea (EPIK) Public School PositionsI had a great experience with Korvia. While the journey wasn't easy, their team was incredibly supportive and resourceful, especially when it came to securing my visa in time. They communicated effectively and guided me through every step of the process. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, I now have a job in South Korea and am moving forward with my plans. Korvia truly stands out as the best in their field. Highly recommended!
Enjoying Life
by: Dayzsane Marrero - United StatesProgram: English Program in Korea (EPIK) Public School PositionsMy experience abroad has been interesting none the less. It is my first time being so far away from home. There have been stressful times but also fun times. It’s amazing being able to see another part of the world and being able to live my day to day life here. My city may not be huge but I would say it’s cozy. My schools also may not be huge but everyone is super nice, even down to the local bus drivers. It’s also nice being able to travel around with the friends that you make here. I wouldn’t change my experience for anything, whether that be good or bad.
Christmas Fun
by: Kambri Bullis - United StatesProgram: English Program in Korea (EPIK) Public School PositionsHad a lovely time with a group of other EPIK English teachers in Seoul for Christmas of 2023. Gifts were exchanged, fun and interesting conversations were had late at night. Sharing good memories at Nami Island roasting marshmallows with fellow vacationing Koreans. Ate loads of delicious food, including hotteok in the shape of a snowman. I even made a new animal friend, a peacock, who walked around in front of and beside me, patiently waiting to take my hotteok leftovers.

What inspired you to travel abroad?
The office space and the atmosphere of this firm was really what motivated me to come and stay. Everyone was friendly, and the traditional sense of hierarchy was there, but not as much as Korean firms. Also, the fact that everyone speaks English fluently here was a huge plus. This is because I am a lot more fluent in English and I can express myself a lot more clearly.

What inspired you to travel abroad?
Previous experience of my own. I once also was a candidate who was looking for a job position in the US. I also went through an agency to find a position and to get ready for the visa. Due to this reason, I understand how hard it is to go through the necessary process to get a job abroad. Which naturally made me try my best with communication.
