Internships in Tamale, Ghana

As part of the Fundraising and Partnerships team, you will design and implement effective fundraising strategies, engaging with both local and international partners. You will learn to plan campaigns, host events, draft grants and appeals, and support the organisation’s financial needs. You will cultivate relationships with new and existing partners, international supporters, and former volunteers. Working closely with the Fundraising and Partnerships Manager, other departments, and community partners, you will help develop a strategy aligned with our mission. You will also create engaging social media content and newsletters to highlight our financial priorities. Tasks include: planning fundraising strategies; collecting program data to update project budgets; drafting grant proposals; tracking progress through weekly reports; preparing quarterly donor updates; researching potential donors; maintaining relationships with supporters; preparing proposals, reports, appeals, and MOUs; creating social media content for campaigns; and supporting partnership development through follow-up meetings.
