Locations

Malaysia is located in Southeast Asia, where the eastern part of the country occupies a third of the northern island called Borneo, and the western area sits on the main peninsula. It borders Thailand and is connected, via bridge, to Singapore, which makes it a hot tourist destination for the continent. Kuala Lumpur. Known for the 451m-tall Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia and the largest city in the country. Tawau offers insight into Borneo’s rainforest studies and wildlife activity in Malaysia, which is ideal for those who aspire to do international work in environmental research.
