It was always a dream to come live abroad and experience Italy first hand. Italianforawhile was able to make that dream a reality for me. Coming here has been a life changing experience and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’m learning Italian, experiencing the culture, and meeting new friends for life. It has been my dream to return to Italy and to reconnect with my culture after being away for 20 years and Italian for a While made it possible. They were amazing at helping me with the entire process from applying for visa to fitting into the Italian culture, I always felt welcomed and supported, especially if I was finding it difficult to integrate into the culture. All in all, I definitely felt Italian for a while.
